GEMINI IMAGE ACCURACY AUDIT: All 68 synthetic slide images sent to Google Gemini API (gemini-2.5-flash) for medical accuracy analysis. Results: 53 images rated INACCURATE, 15 rated PARTIALLY_ACCURATE, 0 rated ACCURATE. Common issues: incorrect tissue architecture, missing pathognomonic features, wrong cell types, non-representative morphology. All 68 synthetic images regenerated with medically accurate prompts informed by Gemini's specific feedback. Two user-provided real H&E images preserved unchanged: Glioblastoma and Astrocytoma IDH-mutant Grade 2.
